The Japanese project SELENE is a lunar orbiter.

For those of you who didn't get their call on the Voyger disk, here's
your chance to send a part of you into space.

Included with the spacecraft is a sheet of inscribed messages from
anyone.  Anyone can put a 60 character message on this sheet.  (/MM =
Moon mobile?)
