[CVCC] DXTOTALS

The problem had to due with raised security at the server. After visiting
Barnes and Nobles and picking up PHP5 and MySQL I have a solution in the
works but could use some help from you.

Go to: http://www.c-v-c-c.us/dxtotals/dxtotals_form.htm
Enter totals, for now just make them up.

After submitting you're redirected to the DXTOTALS page and hopefully see
the totals you entered. Please let me know of any problems.

One tip is to NOT use the "Enter" key when entering totals.
