Comments:
Had many problems this weekend, but think a good time was had by all.
Finally got the network working about 5PM SUNDAY afternoon thanks to KF7NN.
Seems during the many power hits we took in the NAQP contests, the network
cards
reinstalled themselves in 3 of the 7 computers. This really confused the
network. It was causing retries which maxed out the 11mb wireless network
many times until George figured out what was
going on.
On 40M, I tested out the M^ 2800 rotor Friday afternoon and it was working
fine. The next time I
tried it was during the contest, It would not turn the 3EL Force 12. Moved
the 10M station to 40M with a 2/2 stack. For some reason the Titan amp did
not like 40M and blew up. Swapped out the deck and back to it. So if you
wanted to work EU, you used the 40M station, any other direction, you used
the 10M station.
Both the 20M and 15M stations were getting into the 10M station in spite of
the bandpass filters and stubs. Then the line loise started to the NE Sunday
morning. Sure would have been better if it had rained all weekend!
See you in SS
Take care..
