Dear CVCC,

This note is to provide you with information about upcoming Club activities.  Hopefully this will help us all plan our schedules in advance so we can increase our involvement and participation.

Thanks to Bruce and Sheila, we have an exciting and informative November meeting presentation! Please plan to attend, Nov. 8 at 7PM, to hear Mr. Dwight McAtee, KF4DUE, President of K-9 Alert Search and Rescue Dogs.  Dwight will be discussing his group and the importance of amateur radio.  You may also wish to bring your spouse, and other family and friends to be a part of this discussion.   We will meet at our usual place; Henrico Doctors Hospital, Parham Campus.

Thanks to Dennis, we have secured our December Christmas Dinner arrangements.  Please plan to attend this annual gathering on December 5th at 6:30PM, Topeka's Steakhouse 1776 N. Parham Rd. Richmond.  Send Dennis your RSVP no later than Dec. 1.      

Good luck to everyone this weekend as CQWW SSB begins Friday evening.

Don't forget to participate in the ARRL November Sweepstakes.  The CW portion is November 5-7.
