[CVCC] DXTOTALS page

Hey Gang! It's almost that time to get your DXTOTALS submitted for some nice
plaques to a lucky winner or two. Please help me in testing a new page that
allows posting of your DXTOTALS online.

Please following these instructions for posting:
1. Be sure to fill in all bands, if none type 0
2. Click the Submit button once.
3. Refresh page by using the NOTED link on page.

That's it, you should be able to post, submit and click the refresh link to
see your totals at the bottom of the page. Please feel free at this time to
submit fake totals to help me test the script. Once I think we're set I'll
make any changes and post an email to all.

For now this is the best I can do, I'm trying to learn PHP scripting and
will work on improving the page in time. Auto-refresh and Sort by Call are
the ones I'll work on first.

RULES FOR DXTOTALS:

Open to members and friends of the CVCC.
DXTOTAL Band Program runs Jan-Dec.
Anyone that hasn't previously submitted a prior year total, is not eligible
for the 2005 award. So submit this year so you'll be eligible next year.
Do not leave out any bands! If none, type 0.
Deleted countries do not count.
