[CVCC] Webpage

I have uploaded a similar but new look to the CVCC webpage, I also wanted to
let you know all of CVCC webpages have been moved to it own account with 30
mb of web space. Before it was sharing space with my domain but space was
running low and this was for the best. Hopefully the new pages look okay in
your browser if not please let me know, I see no problems with Firefox and
IE.
