[CVCC] FW: [PVRC] MidAtlantic QSO Party now

The Mid-Atlantic (DE, MD, PA, NJ, NY, VA, & WV plus Wash and Balto City)
QSO party is on this week-end.  I do not believe it counts for the
PVRC 5 Million but some PVRC'ers may be interested.

The contest runs today 12n to 12m and Sunday 7am to 8pm Eastern Time.

Mid-Atlantic stations send serial and QTH in the form of CCCSS where
CCC is the county (exactly as listed in rules) and SS is state.
Others send serial and two-letter state or "DX".
