[CVCC] CVCC Annual Picnic Saturday May 14 3PM

Dear CVCC:

As is our tradition, the month of May is the time for our annual picnic get-together.  There will be no formal meetings over the months of June-August. Our regularly scheduled second Tuesday of the month business meetings will resume in September.   

So, please mark your calendars for Saturday May 14 at 3PM to attend the picnic.  We will once again be at the lovely river place of James Frame.  The address is:  2320 Huguenot Trail Powhatan, VA. 23139. Huguenot Trail is Route 711. You need to follow a very  long gravel driveway, (once at the address), past the main house and go all the way to back of property. You will  then see the picnic pavilion. Please drive slowly down the driveway!

You may wish to use mapquest.com for specific directions from your departure area.  Please inform Bob,  NK4H, raladdatcomcast.net if you plan to attend and what dish you can bring to share.  The Club provides hot dogs/hamburgers.  You will also need to bring along chairs and your own beverages.
