Hello Everyone,

Thank you for all the telephone calls and concern.
9 months after having a blood clot previous, and having been off of Coumadin
for about 8 weeks, I developed another blood clot, same place as prior,
behind the left knee.  The Hospital performed a venus doppler study on
Saturday morning of
last week and confirmed there was in fact another clot.
A ct scan was also performed to rule out that there were not any in my
lungs.
They found that I did have a blood clot in each lung as well.  The Doctor
says I have bought taking
Coumadin probably for the rest of my life.

I feel very fortunate;  David Bloom, News Journalist, in the second Iraq
war,
died of a blood clot while reporting the war.  He didn't have any warning,
the
clot did its work without giving him a chance, I have had a warning both
times.  My left leg swelled each time from the knee downward giving
indication that there may be a clot.

I returned home today.  Thanks again for your calls and concern.
