The Brg is the bearing (beam) heading from Richmond.
The O's are used for checking off status.  This sheet was orginally used in
contests before computer logging came about.  Later, some used it for
tracking their DXCC.  For example, the first column for worked, the second
for confirmed, and the third for submitted, etc.  Your use may vary.   An
update was requested as there are some who prefer not to use/trust
computers.
