[CVCC] W4ML and CVCC Members status

W4ML is still without power...........it has returned at my QTH!  But, =
cable is down so..........internet link is down.  Dialed in with an old =
external modem in the junk box.   Several members report damage.....let =
me see if i can cut & Paste...... only one wire tenna damaged =
here....fixed and back in-serivce.   =20

Hello to all:  I also survived with minimal damage.. 30m loop
down... 1st director on tribander got hit by a flying limb and is
now about 30 degrees out of kilter with the other elements on
the beam.. All beverages being in a wooded area are now
nonexistent!! They are all down and a couple are under massive piles of
trees.
      I talked to Rosalie N4CFL today on 2M and she said
Bob (W4DR) lost ALL FOUR TOWERS OF HIS 160M
four square...  been wondering about k4JA??  Paul hope
all of your stuff survived.

 The power has finally been restored as of tonight. Several large trees
down around the pond, 15m yagi is now pointing at the moon, 80m vertical =
guy
wire broke yet never came down, 6m yagi is now free wheeling on mast, =
other
than that I am extremely happy not to have more damage. I've been =
working 12-15
hours each day/night with not much time to clean up the mess Isabelle
left.

I have no antennas working at all. All of the wires and verticals are =
down. The 6 meter beam is a pretzel. The only thing left is my =
horizontal 2 meter beam and a small 2 meter vertical. The trees that =
were attached to many of the wire antennas are down or severely damaged. =
I will also have a lot of coax and control cables to replace that are =
either damaged or waterlogged. No power or phone service. Bon Air and =
Oxford areas are a huge mess. We don't expect power to be restored for a =
number of days yet.=20

Elaine and Becky and our families are fine - that is the important =
thing. Hope everyone else is doing ok.
