[CVCC] Atomic Clock Mod?

I just picked up a Chaney Instruments ATOMIX clock that reads WWVB.  Neat,
but the clock only has a choice of 4 US offsets and no selection for UTC.  I
found a factory link online to address this, but it was dead.

While I intend to call Chaney, I was wondering if anyone had run across the
same problem and perhaps found a quick mod to fix it.
