I would like to encourage all to check out the new software for the VA QSO
Party. Andy has done a fine job and I think he will continue to improve the
software. If you are looking for something to use and don't need to key the
rig this software looks good. I also used it last year while mobile, give it
a try and let Andy know your wishes.

The first cut at the 2003 version of the VA QSO Party Logger is on the web
and ready for downloading.  It takes about 5 minutes to download on my 56kb
line.  Someday I will get broadband, maybe.

The internal workings are pretty much the same; I made several changes to
the surface of the logging screen and added a separate screen that shows
counties needed/worked.

Let me know what's broken and I'll try to get it fixed before the contest.

BTW, I changed my call last summer; I am now WV8AA.
