[CVCC] W4ML DOWN!

W4ML has shutdown due to power failure on River road.........Dominion =
Power pole TC-74 cud not take the wind and has moved enuff to break the =
center feed on the pole.   Now.....how do I know that???  I went over to =
invesigate why node was down and Jim had already driven down River Rd. =
to find the problem..........HI-HI.................
