[CVCC] PICNIC--URGENT MESSAGE

     The annual CVCC picnic will be held on May11 at AC's nephew's place on
the James River.  We begin gathering at 3:00.  So far just like last year,
but now the critical differences.  This year we will have our main entree of
BBQ'd chicken, baked beans, cole slaw and a roll  from AC's  Masonic Lodge.
A generous coperate sponsor has offered to pick up the tab for this.  What I
need from you (and quick like a rabbit) is the number in your party.  AC
needs this number and so does our sponsor. So far I have responses from:
WK4Y, KC4AUF, N4DWK, W4TNX, N9WMU, N4DEN, W4DR, W4MYA + "Henry's 5" call ??
for a total of 22.  Please email me no later than Monday if you want to come
with the number in your party.
     All you need to do is bring one item.  ie munchie, dessert, fruit,
salad, etc and your favorite beverages with ice.
     Roy has offered to help me clean the area Sat. morning so this detail
is taken care of.  Thanks for your prompt response.
