[CTSARA] Terry looking for a cheap VHF rig for a new ham

Hello all,
I have recently befriended a new ham who lives over in Greenwich, and is currently using an HT.

He is looking to buy a used mobile VHF rig so he can reliably reach local repeaters, and could probably usea mobile mag mount antenna as well.
He could probably make due with a 2M rig, but if anyone has a 2M/440 rig available, he might consider that as well.
