All are available for inspection and purchase at my location, about50 mi NE of NYC -- or I could meet you somewhere at a reasonable distance. Icould ship, but that's my least preferred method and UPS packing andshipping charges are in addition to the prices shown. Photos of any of the equipment are available by e-mail, on request.1. Complete set of eight pre-war HRO coils. These should work in any HROthrough HRO-5. These are untested, but look ok, except the glassine chartcovers show usual buckling, as shown. They come in a fitted case with coverthat holds seven coils (other one to go in receiver). This looks like thosecases made by National, but I've never seen one that holds this many, so whoknows -- looks to be vintage. The coils are:General Frequency Range --- Bandspread Range50 - 100 kc                 none100 - 200 kc                none180 - 430 kc                none480 - 960 kc                none0.9 - 2.05 Mc               none1.7 - 4.0 Mc                3.47 - 4.0 Mc3.5 - 7.3 Mc                6.98 - 7.35 Mc7.0 - 14.0 Mc               13.96 - 14.5 Mc14.0 - 30.0 Mc              27.6 - 30.4 McThese are all frequencies as shown on the charts.Price $150. Will only sell as a set at this point.2. Original apparently unused PW gear drive with HRO-type capacitor. Noevidence That the terminals have ever been soldered to. $753. HRO-5W receiver. Not working, but in reasonable shape with tubes, nopower supplyOr speaker. S-meter has been replaced by small recent meter. Includes twocoils; F, 500-960 kcAnd JD, 1.7 - 4 Mc, no bandspread. Apparently used as a BC stn monitorreceiver until it gave out.Power cable missing fabric cover. $1004. Possibly HRO-JR -- modified to add s-meter, but no XTAL filter. Threefront-end tube sockets replaced with miniature ones (replaceable). Nonfunctional but appears complete, but heavily worked on (before I got it!).Originally wired for 2.5 V tubes, now comes with 6.3 V replacements, exceptfront end. Great project for rainy month. No bottom cover, no coils, nospeaker, no power supply. $355. When you get the receivers going, I have a CRR-70428 (LM/BC-221)heterodyne frequency meter with s/n matched calibration book. This isunusual in that it comes with an original 115 Vac power supply and cables.Works perfectly and looks good. Covers 125 kc and up with harmonics. Greatfor transmitter or receiver calibration. $75 6. A bit more of a stretch, but I also have a Hallicrafters TO electronickeyer from the mid 50s. This works fine and looks good, except that thecabinet has been repainted -- but not bad.  $75 I think these are reasonable prices, but let me know if you think any aretoo high (or low).Regards, Joel Hallas, W1ZRWestport, CT-- Please sign posts with name and call sign if not shown in your user name!!--- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "GNARC" group. To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send an email to gnarc+unsubscribe at googlegroups.com.To view this discussion on the web visit https://groups.google.com/d/msgid/gnarc/007001d57ed4%2440859340%24c190b9c0%24%40net.
