[CTSARA] Thanks to Bloomin Metric Hams

Many thanks to the Bloomin Metric bike ride hams today.  We had a very busy
day, with over 30 calls for assistance resulting in us having to take 14
riders back to Sherwood Island, plus another 11 to rest areas, plus dealing
with the aftermath of three riders taken to hospitals.  Despite almost
continuous radio activity for 30-40 minutes at a time, we had assistance to
each caller within 20 minutes, which is fantastic when you consider that
there were four routes ranging from 25 kilometers to 100 kilometers.
