[CTSARA] Looking for an osciliscope for a new SARA member

Hello all,
A retired doctor named Maurice Miller has joined SARA, and will likely be attending his first meeting in February.

He is looking to buy an oscilloscope, and has asked me to help him locate one for a reasonable price.
Does anyone in SARA or GNARC have an oscilloscope gathering dust that they would like to sell?
