Good morning again.
Regarding your balun questions, at 100 watts you should not have any problems with magnet wire arc-over.
Just follow the build plans you have referenced.
Going a bit further, I use special Teflon (PTFE) insulated, silver plated wire to wind various types of high power transformers and baluns for industrial applications.
I do stock this type of wire however, it is pricey.
The vendor is Weico www.weicowire.com
