[CTSARA] GNARC Meeting moved to Thursday 2/15

Good Morning GNARC Family and Friends.

As you may recall we moved the February meeting from Wednesday 2/14 to
TOMORROW, Thursday 2/15 in observance of Valentines Day.

Tomorrows meeting will include a presentation by Jon, AI1V, on the basics
of DMR.  He is going to include a review of what DMR is and basic
operations, a review of basic programming, updates on major developments in
DMR (such as Brandmeister), and a brief review of the latest radios.

Hope to see everyone there and Happy Valentines Day to all.
