[CTSARA] 17 New Hams

Our joint Tech class with GNARC finished with 17 new hams who passed their
Tech license tonight (one of whom also passed his General).

This was a joint project between GNARC and SARA taught by Paul WB2JVB and
me, with assistance from Tom K1TA, Lisa KC1YL, Paul W1PPL, and Curt W1FSM.

We had an army of VEs to handle all the tests - the people mentioned above
plus Ernest K1NGG, Steve KB1YLQ, Jeff N1JFF, Phil KB1IRB, Bill KB1IFY, and
Donna KB1TGW.
