Our speaker this month is Sean Kutzko. Sean is a long time QRP operator. His talk will be portable QRP operating: how, why and where to do it. He will also give a brief post-mortem of National Parks on the Air, tips and techniques used by the field activators in NPOTA. He is the creator and co-administrator of the ARRL National Parks on the Air program, a year-long event in 2016 that used Amateur Radio to help promote the centennial of the National Park Service. Sean can often be found enjoying "backpack QRP" operations on the HF and VHF bands, plus the Amateur Radio satellites. 
 Bio:
Sean Kutzko, KX9X, is the ARRL Media and Public Relations Manager. First licensed in 1982 at age 13 as KA9NGH, Kutzko came to ARRL in 2007 as the Contest Branch Manager. He was promoted to Media and PR Manager in 2013.
