[CTSARA] MS ride follow-up

Hi all,

I just received an email from Michelle (who heads up the ride), and she
asked to pass this along:

I thank you all for your support of the National MS Society and our
Stamford BIKE MS event. Without your donation of time and that of your
talent and expertise we could not have pulled off what was a safe and well
run cycling event. I am hoping to work with all of you again and until
then….wishing you all the best for the coming year.

Giving support to these events is very worthwhile, and I encourage everyone
to participate as much as possible. We have the ability to make a positive
impression pertaining to the importance of our hobby on so many people at
once.

Case in point, we had a visitor to Field Day who thought I looked familiar.
After some thinking, it turned out she recognized me from the Bloomin
Metric. Before the revelation, she could only stay for a few minutes, but
after 2 hours and passing on some information about licencing, I think I'll
be seeing her again soon.
