[CTSARA] Ham Trivia Question of the Day.

OK GNARC and SARA members, I have a trivia question for you.  Some of the
older Hams may know the answer but I am curious to see what answers I get.

HERE IS THE QUESTION:

Why are FCC Commercial Licenses issued for Life and Amateur Radio Licenses
issued for only 10 years and must be renewed?

And yes, I do know the answer! LOL
