Dear GNARC Members,

First I'd like to thank Steve, W1SMS, for a very interesting program on
Lightning and Ham Shacks.   I am going to tap Steve for another program in
a few months.

We had a fairly good turn out before the meeting at Colony Grill in
Norwalk.  You can't beat a Colony Pizza and a drink before a meeting.

As for the meeting, a BIG thank you to all the members who came to the
meeting last night and made my first meeting as your new president easy and
fun.
We announced the committees and if you are interested in helping please
contact the appropriate committee chair and ask to be part of the
committee.  The committee list will be listed on the website soon.

Before I close, please take a minute to look on the club roster online (
http://gnarc.org/member-email-directory/ ).  If you don't see your name it
means that your club dues for 2017 have not been received.  Take a moment
and go to http://gnarc.org/join/  and you can renew using a credit card via
Paypal.
