[CTSARA] SARA Sept Meeting This Thurs (9/8)

Just a reminder, the SARA September meeting will take place this coming
Thursday (9/8).

Our presentation will be the Buddipole portable modular antenna system,
presented by Emily K1DID.  The Buddipole is a perfect antenna for use after
your regular antenna is blown down by tropical storm activity such as TS
Hermine.  Or not TS Hermine.

It is a very good system for portable operations or those with HOA
restrictions (or restrictions imposed by spouses).  It offers both vertical
and horizontal operations in a package that's less than 9 pounds.

We will have two Buddipoles present so you can see what they look like and
how to set them up and tune them.

The meeting will be at Stamford Government Center, 888 Washington Blvd,
Stamford (map on our website www.ctsara.org) at 8pm in the 6th Floor Safety
Training Room.
