There will be a joint Western CT Area Meeting of the YCCC and the
Candlewood Amateur
Radio Association, CARA, on Friday, November 11, 2016 at the Stony Hill Fire
Dept. in Bethel, CT.
Doors open at 7:00 pm and the meeting will begin at 7:30.

We're planning to present the YCCC "Introduction to Contesting" PowerPoint,
provided by K1KP - thanks Tony.

The highlight of the meeting will be an "Ask a Contester" panel discussion
- similar to the event held during the YCCC meeting at the Boxboro
convention in September.
Panelists are: W1RM, W1NG, W1JQ and W1QK Of particular interest will be
questions and answers about the upcoming contest season, station
preparation, plus operating tips and techniques.
Come prepared to ask questions, learn, share, and socialize with other YCCC
and CARA members.

We hope you can join us for this event. Bring a friend.
