[CTSARA] Intro to 10 Meters

Thanks to Joel Hallas (W1ZR) - we now have a very useful introduction to 10
meter operations on our website at

For those of who don't have experience of 10 meters, it offers CW, digital,
SSB, and FM operations in a band that is 2 MHz wide.  When the CW/digital
and SSB segments are open - they are OPEN, with good comms into Europe,
Africa, Asia, and South America depending on time of day.  10 meter signals
often have a habit of skipping over the North or South poles which give us
great comms into places that are otherwise difficult to get from New
England.
