[CTSARA] Successful Tree Festival

Hi all,

I would like to thank all of the volunteers who came out today to help out
with the Tree Festival. The rain held off, so we managed to get quite a few
people visiting the park. Thanks to their efforts traffic was smoothly
routed, and everyone who attended was able to leave on a high note.

It should also be said that the Connecticut Police Cadets played their part
in traffic control doing an excellent job running the upper and lower
parking lots.

I also want to acknowledge Paul Sotnik and Ed Schwartz, who put together
this event every year.
