[CTSARA] Upcoming Public Service Events

There are several events coming up that need support. These events rely on
ham radio to be successful. It is our way of helping the community and
helps keep amateur radio relevant in the public eye. We get lots of
visibility from these events.

We know not everyone can come out to these events, but if you are able, it
is important.

And it is fun.
