[CTSARA] Preliminary Field Day Results

Terry, Ernest, Steve and the crew pulled off another great Field Day.  If
only they could make sure that the bands stayed open - 10 and 15 were
mostly dead, 20 and 40 were strong at times and dead at times.

First, the big big big news:  Thanks to new member Emily K1DID - we got TWO
satellite QSOs!!!  First time ever for the club.  Emily was incredible.

The following numbers are very preliminary - we still have to check them
for dupes (the software should prevent it (but ya never know) and check and
make sure that we recorded section and class for each QSO.  Having said
that -- raw numbers:

HF Phone:  1250 QSOs this year vs. 960 last year

HF CW:  425 this year vs. 879 last year (we had only one CW operator this
year versus two last year)

HF Digital: 138 QSOs this year vs. 12 last year

VHF all modes:  18 this year vs 24 last year (but two of those were
satellite)

GOTA (all HF phone):  67 this year vs. 214 last year (interestingly, we had
more GOTA visitors this year, but they didn't run up big numbers like last
year).

A damned good performance in these band conditions (and we got two
satellite QSOs).
