[CTSARA] Digital Amateur Television

Member Craig Cuttner (KB1YYE) has passed along an interesting article on
Digital Amateur Television.  Apparently, just like the inexpensive dongles
used for Software Defined Radio, there are now some fairly inexpensive
circuit boards for generating digital television that can be sent on the
amateur bands (mostly UHF and above if I understand the article correctly).

Kind of interesting stuff - and amazing what can be done with very little
outlay.
