Someone on the CTSARA list has an virus/malware infection problem. There
was an email that "looked" like it was from me. Check the return address.
And I don't even have an iPhone. Or it might also have come from a hacked
online group at Yahoo, which is tough to fix. Good time for everyone,
including me, to run the malware scanners. I use Malwarebytes. Free.
