Apparently this clown sent invoices to people's Paypal accounts.  IF YOU
HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, check to see if you have an invoice sitting on the
account.  If so, click on the Cancel link to cancel the invoice.  ALSO,
call or email Paypal security and complain.  The phone number is
402-935-7733 - you'll have to go through all sorts of hoops to actually
speak to someone, so just keep saying FRAUD and pressing 0 to get an
operator.

Apparently, it's not that hard to send an invoice to Paypal - you just have
to know the email address and name associated to the account.  NOTHING gets
paid by Paypal until the account holder authorizes the invoice - which
presumably none of you have done.
