[CTSARA] Using an 80 Meter Antenna on 160 Meters

I'm currently using an 80 meter doublet - a dipole fed by 450 ohm ladder
line.  The ladder line goes to a 4:1 balun.

I have a recollection that I've seen plans for using the doublet for 160 by
connecting both sides of the ladder line to the "hot" side of the balun and
then connecting the other side of the balun to ground.

Is that right?  I can't off-hand find it doing a Google search but I could
swear I've seen it described before.
