[CTSARA] Thursday Weather and Meeting

Right now, the forecasts are in conflict as to whether the snow tomorrow
will end by 8am or by 3pm.  It's another of those storms with very sharp
drop-offs on either side of the storm, and a difference of as little as 30
miles in the location of the storm will make all the difference.

In theory, snow ending at 3pm shouldn't stop us from having our meeting.
However Paul (N1II), our presenter, is coming from Norwalk so we'll just
have to play it by ear based on his transportation situation.

We will send out an email via the reflector tomorrow afternoon once we know
the situation.  We'll also update our Facebook page and if possible also
update our web site.
