[CTSARA] Thank you to MS Ride Volunteers

My congratulations to Sam for putting this together with just two (2) weeks
notice.  12 hams, two nets plus inter-net communications, four routes, and
a couple of hundred riders.  An fantastic job under any circumstance, and a
truly incredible job when done with only two weeks notice.

And congratulations and thanks to all who participated.
