[CTSARA] Best source for CS-700 radio

What's the best place to buy a CS-700? They don't seem to be widely
available  on the web.

I think I heard last night that CS sells them directly and that's the
cheapest place to get one. They do have a listing on Amazon (
http://amzn.com/B00821ANVU) but for $250. Is that because it comes with
more accessories? Do they sell it cheaper if you call them direct?
