[CTSARA] Summer Picnic This Sunday

We have received very few RSVPs for the summer picnic this coming Sunday.

After first talking about canceling it, Sam and I have decided to try a
different approach.  If you want food or beverage at the party then RSVP by
Wednesday night with the number of people who are coming with you.  We're
going to buy enough main dish stuff (hot dogs, hamburgers) for the people
who RSVP.  We'll have enough tables for the people who RSVP.  We're going
to buy enough beverage for the people who RSVP.  We're going to give the
food to the people who have RSVPd.

Please bring a side dish.  Definitely bring your own chairs.  RSVP by
Wednesday night.
