[CTSARA] Amateur Operators Needed for the 2015 Bloomin Metric

Thanks to Andrew KB3CZA for pointing out that I had a typo on the event time

No, it is not a night-time ride!!

The correct time is:

The start time will be around 0700 local and we can expect to be operating
until about 1400 local (with some people shutting down by 1300 local and a
few hanging on until about 1500 local).
