Hi Fellow Hams.....

I hope you are enjoying this LAbor Day weekend.... this beautiful summer
seems to be coming to a rapid end! In fact, next Sunday is the Toughman Half
Tri....that happened so quickly!

I have gotten a few responses, but am sending this to all that have
volunteered in the past. This event has many rest/water stops and *requires
more* volunteers than any other event. We need your help!

If you participated last year and are planning on participating again this
year, *PLEASE*, let me know your intention. I can't plan properly if I
don't know who is planning on coming. Historically, the week before the
event, is when we get the  most confirmed participants. I would really
appreciate a current headcount by Tuesday if at all possible.

Because of family matters, I would like to get the assignments planned by
the middle of the week . IF we have to get more volunteers from other clubs
I will need to know.

SO far, I believe we have Allen C, Joey, Bob W, Jamison, Simon, Robert,
Peter, Ron, Tom R Victor and Eugene...... that's just not enough! Please
let me know your availability. This event has road and park closures so
getting people to the location in a timely manner is important and requires
more attention to detail....
