We will have a CERT/ARES net tomorrow, 4/1/14.

Jon, WB2RYV, will walk us through the use of the ICS-213 form, which is the standard way that messages are exchanged during an event running under Incident Command System rules.

This is "somewhat" similar to the passing traffic under the amateur NTS in concept, but very different in practice.

Please be prepared with the following two documents before the net!
