[CTSARA] Vacation

Not sure if it's considered a hotspot, but the Arecibo Radio Telescope Observatory is in PR.  Largest one in the world.  I visited it last year.   My kids balked at going, but once they saw it they were glad they went.   They have tours that you can take, but they get cancelled all the times.  I would recommend renting a car to go if you go and make sure it or at least you have navigation as it can be difficult to find without it.
