[CTSARA] CERT and ARES net Tuesday at 8pm

The weekly CERT net will occur tomorrow at 8pm on Norwalk 2m (146.475, up 1Mhz, pl 100).

In addition, Toy, K1WYQ,  has asked that the R1 ARES net be combined with this. ARES nets have been inactive for a while, so this is great chance to combine both groups, as they have emergency operations as a common thread.

And of course, ALL amateurs are welcome, CERT/ARES membership is not needed. We do checkins, and have a topic for discussion. The net normally lasts about 30 minutes.
