I've stated this before in this forum. While Hoa and CCRs aren't a big deal
in our area, I've personally experienced issues with them almost my entire
life.
This may not affect YOUR ability to put an antenna up, but it might affect
your ability to make qsos.
This is a hobby wide issue and we all need to be concerned.
