[CTSARA] Thank You To Bike4Bikes Volunteers

I would like to thank the volunteers from SARA and GNARC who provided
communications for the Bike4Bikes charity bike ride today.  Our people did
a great job - as usual - including quick response to a car-bike accident
involving one of the event's riders.

Thank you to Chris (KB1QXR), Sam D and Rachel (I know that Sam is NV1P, but
I don't off-hand know Rachel's call), Mary (KA1WBN), Mike (KA1EOU), Terry
(WA1JBO), Steve (KB1YLQ), Larry (W1LAG), and Toy (K1WYQ).
