[CTSARA] January Meeting: Programming and Using HTs, with Special Attention to the New Chinese HTs

Our JANUARY meeting topic will be how to program and use an HT - with
special attention to the new(ish) Chinese HTs like Baofeng, Wouxon, etc.

So if you happen to get one for Thanksgivukkah or Chrismakwanzaa, have no
fear -- we'll show you how to program and use it.  If you have a Yaesu,
Icom, Kenwood, etc., we will also help you with those.
