[CTSARA] Remote head radio with built-in speaker

I recently bought an Alinco 635 with the intention of installing it in my
car.

To my unpleasant surprise it doesn't output audio through the handheld
mike. My options are to either mount the radio itself in the car (e.g.
under the seat) and/or run a long additional wire and mount a separate
speaker somewhere. Both of those options are less than ideal. (My intention
was to mount the radio in the trunk.)

Are there any radios on the market that have a speaker built into the
remote head, or that output audio through the mike? I have a handheld
speaker/mike for my Yaesu HT that works that way.
