[CTSARA] Postponing Our Conversation With Betsey

Given the forecasted weather, it's not going to be a good idea to be
driving to and from Betsey house so we're going to postpone our meeting
with Betsey.  She lives in an area that's forecasted to get a lot more snow
than down here on the coast plus a substantial amount of ice.  Combine that
with hilly, windy roads and (a) she really doesn't want to be traveling in
those conditions and (b) we don't want to be traveling in those conditions.

We will probably reschedule for next month (April 4).

We'll see how things are tomorrow, but I expect that we'll still have pizza
and perhaps a short meeting.
